There are not words to explain all that we have felt since trying to obtain factory-approved service on our camper. They had our camper for 4 months, did not winterize it correctly, denied that they even winterized it (funny how that pink stuff got in the lines and bags were over our faucet when we picked it up) and did not even properly complete the factory repair.

They don't return calls or emails, say what you want to hear and don't follow through.

Consumers need to be aware BEFORE purchasing a camper from Camping World. They are wonderful to work with until you buy. Just look at their reviews from all the happy customers praising their salesmen.

But there are so many more horrible reviews dealing with service. I wish we had paid attention to those reveiws!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
