Purchased new camper at rv show. After one use with the unit, we noticed 22 problems.
When we dropped it off for the warranty work the service manager said, "only 22 problems, the last person before you had 46"
I believe this is unexceptable behavior for an aledged professional business. Futhermore they have had my camper now for just about two months. I call, leave messages,no reply. Funny the only people who actually answer the phone is sales.
Are family was so excited to be purchasing a new camper.
After and really still dealing with camping world, we really wish that we wouldn't purchased the unit through camping world. My advise, if you think you should deal with camping world RUN.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $800.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
