Last Fall we took our class c camper into Camping World-Georgetown, Kentucky because the camper was leaking. We were told that we needed to seal the entire front of the unit, which we payed to have done, and brought the camper home. We found then that it was still leaking. We took the camper back as it was suggested that the top on the camper needed resealing. We had this done. And were told that the camper was ready to be picked up. We drove the 50 or so miles back to Camper World, only to discover that the area where the leak was discovered was still wet! We were then told that they would find the leak at no additional cost to us. We were told that they resealed the around the front window of the until, and around the clearance lights. This evidently did the trick, as it doen't seem to be leaking anymore.
We again brought the camper home, only to find that they had unlocked and evidently gone through all of the under camper storage areas. There was no reason for them to even be in those areas. When they resealed the roof, they broke the radio antenna, and left a window open over the bunk which caused the curtain to blow open during a rain storm causing the curtain to be ruined.
We have contacted Camping World yet again and was told that they would contact us on Friday, April 27th to let us know what they were going to do about this problem. To date we have not heard from them, and we figure that they are just going to blow this whole matter off.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
