Made an appointment for warranty work.Had to wait 2 weeks.

When I dropped it off on Saturday I was told I could pick it up on the following Thursday. Called on Wednesday and was told they had a 2 week backlog. Asked why I wasn't told this when I left my camper, was told I should have been. They said they would put a rush priority on it.

Called 1 week later, was told they were waiting for response from manufacturer and that my salesperson should have told me this. Asked for salesperson - not available. Asked for manager - not available.

Left my phone number - have not received call back.Very disappointed with Camping World in Wentzville.
