I have e-mailed three times, left messages on the "Live Chat" asking for information on selling my 5th wheel, which was purchased at Camping World in Bartow, Florida only three years ago.I do want to sell it but didn't happen to mention that I had my eye on one of their C class RV's.
Just wanted to see if I would get a response. I wasn't disappointed. Not a call or e-mail! That's the problem isn't it?
Everyone wants to sell you a product but forget the customer, once they leave.I'll bet that after reading this complaint, I get all kinds of e-mails and apologies and "I'm sorry, we didn't get your request"
