Bought a very expensive 5th wheel. Some minor problems at first so took it in after our first short trip.
They kept it 3 weeks and didn't even look at it. Couldn't get anyone to return call. Went back twice in person and it couldn't get anyone to listen to our complaint. Finally found out that they hadn't even looked at it yet.
They got very rude. Turns out the problems could have been addressed in less than an hour. We have an extended warranty and we are very sorry we bought that. We won't take it back unless it is something we can't fix ourselves.
Since then when he sees us, he avoids all eye contact.
Very very poor service department. Sorry we bought from Camping World.
