I called on Saturday and asked if they had a particular item in stock. I was informed they did.

On Sunday morning I drove 60 miles round trip and learned that they didn't have it in stock but that they were going to have it "soon". On Monday the first three times I called I was automatically transferred to a music recording. The 4th time, a woman answered who transferred me and I sat and listened to the phone ring about 40 times. The 5th time I called, I was automatically transferred into the music recording again.

This is obviously a store that is very poorly managed. I travel the country full-time and have discovered only one Camping World(Tampa) which seemd to be run in a competent and efficient manner.
