Very disorganized service department.We purchased a brand new camper from the Myrtle Beach camp world since the customer service and the service department was excellent.

We did have a issue with a bend arm on the awning which the Myrtle Beach gave us a I Owe you voucher to have it replaced when we got home in Garner NC. The Garner NC located is very disorganized and unfriendly. We stop by gave the all the information to the services department and they said they would order the part and call us back when the part arrived. Three weeks gone by called the service department transfer multiple time, part never ordered.

Had to stop by again to give the copy of the. Voucher since they loss the order and had to order again. Two weeks we received a call the parts was in and we need to set up appt. Once again arrived with the camper.

The lost the order again.

The service department in Garner NC is very disorganized with poor customer service.Not sure how they stay in business....
