I reserved a time to see an RV in Roscoe, IL. Prior to my appointment the unit was sold.

The salesman Sean Alms sent an email that went to my spam folder, instead of calling me. I drove for an hour and twenty minutes only to find out that the RV was sold. I spoke with the General Manager, Mr. Smith, who said the Sean did all he could.

I disagreed and said that clearly Sean should have called so I would not have to waste over 2.5 hours of my time, energy, and money to find out the RV was sold. I complained to the home office and was told someone would call back. 10 days later I called to check up and a representative said that Mr.

Smith said that Sean did all he could and the case was closed. When he said that I asked to speak to his manager and at that time the representative said his manager was not available and hung up on me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: call back with admission of poor service from Salesman, General manager and office of Marcus Lamous along with reimbursement for gas and tolls.
