I purchased a 2017 Thor Vegas from and the house batteries were dead at the time . I did not realize this till I had taken the vehicle of the lot.
Camping World stated it was Thor's problem and Thor said no it was Camping Worlds fault for not maintaining the batteries. The batteries had no manufactures marking so I was simply out the cost of new batteries. The dealership manager and service manager both felt since I had taken possession of the RV there was nothing they " could" ( I say would ) do.
I subsequently had some warranty work that Thor required be done by them. It took 4 weeks to repair the windshield wipers , replace a vent in the dash, replace a door magnet and repair a drawer latch.
