Purchased Thor 25.2 motor home August 28th 2016 The A/C did not work and the battery was going dead and had to be jumped. The service manager told me to take it to a Ford Dealer I waited two weeks for a appointment the Ford dealer said it was a Thor problem. I brought it directly to Camping World of Berkely the service manager,who lacked people skills, said he could not look at it for at least a week I left it and it took 3 months to locate and fix the problem,I missed the fall season and it had to be winterized Have not used it yet and it is January 26,2017

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: compensation for loss of use.
