Ordered a camping highchair for my grandson. Used it one time, and it broke.
He was only 6 months old so it wasn't that he was over the weight limit, and he was only in it for like a half hour. When we went to fold it up to put it away, noticed that it was broken. Emailed them, received a reply that their processing system was being upgraded and to contact the later in the week.
Have sent them several emails over the past few weeks from different email addresses, no reply. Will never order from them again, never seen a company that did not reply back to the customer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
