We Paid $300 for a 45 point inspection of a 15 year old Motor home and they didn't find any of the issues wrong that we knew about. It was clear that they did a 5 minute walk through and didn't check any of the water, AC, Heat or appliances.
They listed 10 unimportant obvious things like the outside latch to storage door is broken and the smoke detector was out of date. We later found many problems they didn't, like a leak, or water heater problem. They told us it would be 4 days and after the 5th day, no one had returned our calls. When we went to the location, the customer service staff was not educated on how to deal with customers.
They were short and snippy and gave us the run around. Sent us on a long walk to pick up our RV parked down the road a ways, saying keys were in the RV.
When we got there there were no keys and we had to walk back and stand in line again. They didn't give us what we paid for and wouldn't give us a refund.
