It's been 28 days then I finally called customer service to see what going on with my order. The service rep said it has not been shipped ,mean time I waited on the phone 29 minutes, I could not believe that I waited that long an it has not been shipped they suck since good Sam took over it has not been the same.i could go to the store a got the item I wanted faster then they would ship it very dissatisfied with them. Specially Customer service if I did not call they would have forgot, they need to hire more people to run the company better
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of after-sales service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of online order and associated monetary loss in the amount of $100. Camping World needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
