Placed an order for two items. Received confirmation that the order was submitted.

Never heard from them again. No notification of order status. Called their customer service line. First time waited 15 minutes and gave up.

Second time waited 27 minutes and talked to a representative who promised an order status within two days. Never came. Sent an e-mail - no response. Called back again and waited 34 minutes, was put on hold, and then talked to a supervisor who was not helpful.

Cancelled order. Worst company online service I have ever had. Their excuse -- their too busy.

Perhaps purchasing from another company will mitigate their problem of being too busy. I do not plan on doing any further business with these guys.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
