I ordered 2 Yeti tumblers on December 6th 2016 and never got them.I emailed the company after two weeks when I didn't received them...they were to be a gift for Christmas and they advertised a two week turn around time for delivery.
When I didn't get a response after two more weeks, I called customer service...you cannot reach an actual person, you have to leave your name and number and someone "will call you back". I have since repeatedly called and emailed the company but they won't return my emails or phone calls--I have had to submit a claim through my bank and Master Card to get my money back.
I still don't have the items and haven't received my money back yet.Do not order from them it is a rip off!
