I placed an order on 06/08/15. I checked the status several times and the status seemed to be stuck on In Process.

I called customer service on 06/16/2015 which the only service that could be offered was to say I'm sorry over and over. After reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one with this problem. When ordering from the web site it indicated that all items were in stock and ready to ship.

SOUNDS LIKE FRAUD TO ME. The bad part is I'm only 20 minutes from a store and had I know in advance I would have gone there.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $197.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Terrible customer service.
