I ordered a folding ladder in June of 2015. After waiting 2 weeks, I e-mailed Camping World about the status of the order.

After 1 week I still had not received a response. Finally an automated response began to appear on a daily basis in my e-mail telling me the ladder was back ordered, but no information on when it would be available.

I attempted to call the "customer service" number on multiple occasions, but never got through to a rep after waiting in excess of 1/2 an hour each time, It has now been 7 weeks and no product. Buyer beware.

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Camping World. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
