we ordered 2 fans for our refrigerator and waited, then I got a notice from ups that they couldn't deliver the pkg. I waited on hold 15 min.

to get someone on the phone at camping world and he told me he didn't take care of things like that???? what I had all the #'s and he certainly could have talked to ups for us.

This was on mon during office hrs. that I called.....it is hot and we NEED the fans.....

the fellow who answered the phone said he was the ONLY one there, that's ridiculous in that large a company...
