Ordered an a/c on the 17th of July. Still hadn't shipped by the 27th.

Made multiple un returned phone calls and an email. Finally received an email apologizing and stating the ac would ship and arrive next day air. Three days later still not shipped. I replaced both acs and it cost me an extra 600 and they lost more than a thousand in revenue.

If you full time or actually need the product your ordering DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This review requires 100 words. I said what I had to say. I'm working overtime to pay for the extra 600 I spent.
