We bought a new 5th wheel in Feb and are still waiting for warranty parts and service. They act nice on the phone like they are working on it and then you never hear back from them!

I don't know where to turn. Shrug

We have been there several times with Camping World of Saukville, WI. I swear they go through a "How to BS the Customer" training course.

They not only didn't dothe work like they said they did, they also hit our camper with something while in their care and tried to cover it up. Of course they did nothing to make it right.
