A few weeks ago we ordered some camping carpets online, we have the receipt that shows taxes and fee's & shipping charges should have been 0. When we received the shipment there was an additional $45 USD per box which is approx $70 CDN thats an additional $140 on a $200 order. We order a ton of items via Amazon.com and have never experienced this type of issue. What can be done to resolve this? We like the product that was shipped just have a major issue with the extra fees.
After reaching out to campingworld.com representatives they told us that they have no control over any additional fee's
Tammy - Supervisor For Customer Serivce basically told me that there is nothing that can be done and that the fee's are what they are.... Unbelievable customer service. I would never suggest anyone ever order from campingworld.com.
