WE bought our brand new camper in late February from Camping World in Columbia, SC. We were happy with the buying experience.

Had our first camping experience the middle of April. It was cold and the furnace did not work. There was a leak in the kitchen sink drain and there was a few other issues. When we returned we made our list and called Michael Murphy our service manager.

He told us that we had to bring it in on a certain day a Thursday ( time loss from work )and that it would take three weeks. After three weeks we had not heard back so we called and found out that they inspected it and parts had not been ordered. The front of our camper dropped down with a canvas top. The lock that held it up would not seal it.

When we got home I sealed it so no water would get in. After they inspected it they did not seal it and in those three weeks our new camper got severe water damage. It has now been over 8 weeks and NOTHING has been done. They say they are still waiting on parts.

I wish that we NEVER bought it there. Now I don't want it back.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $13000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Purchasing.

I didn't like: Service.
