When the Service Manager, Mike Hallsey, at Las Vegas Camping World tells you it is my fault for buying my trailer from them - why would anyone buy $60k trailer from them? Not me, ever again. My trailer was covered in paintball crap from the next door paint ball place that wasn’t cleaned off... A cabinet door warps... pieces are missing. I’m told I shouldn’t have bought this trailer from them! Wow.

Camping World in Las Vegas, Nevada - Horrible Customer Service

Our RV suffered vandalism and theft so we took it to Camping World for repairs. We had good insurance coverage but the service department tried to get even more money out of us. Just one example of this, they wanted us to pay for rewiring the wall that housed the microwave stating that the wiring was damaged when the old microwave was destroyed. The truth, they installed a new microwave but never plugged it in! Our RV has been at the shop in Camping World Las Vegas for one year now and it is still not finished. Both Alex and Mark in the service department answer the phone about 1 out of 15 messages left. They say the RV is ready to be picked up when we show up there are still thing left undone. Be warned -do not buy or get service from Camping World, Las Vegas!

purchased a 2018 215 Colman from Camping World on Las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas NV. What happened was I ask the finance person interest rate 5.49 OK $$$.$$ per month OK and for 10 yrs, had to leave that day couldn't sign the paper work came back the next day to do the paper work, still OK BUT when we got the paper work in the mail a week later we have a loan for 12 years NEVER told the difference while at the signing we were lead to believe we had a 10 year loan I called about the 2 yr difference. the next day I got a call from a finance person I guess from corp I was told in so many word YOU SIGNED WE are sorry hope you will enjoy shopping at our retail store my fault for being so TRUSTING

Went to get new toilet and OK was told $185. Got to register was $240. Need to buy membership for that price. So I bought the *** thing and saved $20. What a joke. I don't live in an home association I live in an RV. Thanks for the year membership I will never use.

Camping World in Las Vegas, Nevada - Worst service ever

Camping world in Las Vegas on lvbs is the worst customer/service I have ever had. They had my unit for 5 months to replace the sewer tank. When I got it back a hose burst in the bathroom 30 minutes after they said it was done. Refused to come out and fix it 2 miles from their shop. They promised they would make it right. Didn't do anything for us. Installed a tv satellite, fried my brand new tv then replaced it with a cheaper tv than the warranty covered, then tried to charge me 300.00 dollars more than the quote. After I bitched about it they found the overcharge mistake. Drove down the street to hook up and make sure everything was working. Not, the tv would not work. Contacted direct because it was after hours for camping world. Nothing would work. Drove it back to camping world the next day to spend 2.5 hours to find out that the hdmi cord was not hooked up. Got a call from camping world saying I would be contacted and they would make it right. Again haven't heard anything from them.

Run, don't walk away from this Camping World. When we purchased a new motorhome in May 2015, two different extended warranties were also purchased. As a side note, when you purchase new, wait till the manafactures warranty is about to expire. You will save money in most cases. We traded in the motorhome in March 2016. We think we canceled one of the extended warranties, but haven't seen a refund. The other warranty Administered by Safe-Guard Warranty Corporation can't be refunded according to Safe-Guard. Even Camping World didn't know that. Now Camping World will not stand behind their brand make make things right by the customer. This is on top of our motorhome spending 5 months in the service department with only one critical item being repaired. We took the motorhome out of Camping World's service department and drove to a factory service center to have all the warranty items repaired and they even corrected what Camping World tried to repair. If you must shop at Camping World, go to a different store.

I took my RV in for repairs to the generator (which was not fixed on first visit), repair chassis A/C, water heater and rear slide-out. The 1st call was to get an appointment, took two weeks to book. Then took RV in and gave them the list of repairs and the extended warranty info. The Service writer Ed) asked for a length they had to repair the RV. I said I had a Planned trip with pre-paid reservations and pre-paid events for Aug. 21,2015. I had received several calls from Ed discussing authorizattion permission for repairs. Finally on Aug. 17,2015, I was called and told to pick up my RV. I went to get the RV and paid the bill and asked if all repairs have been checked. Ed told me everything was in good shape to go. Well, not everything was in good shape. The mechanics had left the power on and the aux. battery was dead and the steps wouldn't retract. Then being 110 degrees outside I had the air on to cool off. The air just wasn't cooling off so I thought I may have to get moving to get air though the radiator. I drove the RV a mile down the road and no ac. I went back to Camping World and again spoke to good old Ed and he said he would look at it right away.This was 3:35 PM, well at 5:00 pm they found the problem with a relay and they would get the part Tuesday morning. Now its Wednesday. 3:15 and they still don't have it repaired. The Service Manager has not returned my calls and Ed doesn't know if it will be done today.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE CAMPING WORLD FOR ANYTHING because of oop servive and no concern for the customer.

Camping World in Las Vegas, Nevada - Research before you ever go to CW. Complete incompetance on all levels.

We have been RVing for over 40 years and have owned 8 motor homes during this time period. 18 months ago we purchased our last coach and had to take it to CW for service. It took 7 weeks for "minor" repairs under warranty. If you want calls and progress reports this is not the company to deal with. Month 11 we took in in for very minor warranty work and 4 months later it was done. Again, if you want call back or progress reports, you are dealing with the wrong company. You will rarely ever get a call back and if you do it will be several weeks later. Calling a supervisor, forget it. You will never ever get a call back even if you call CW corporate! Ask for the GM of the facility, no way will you get a call back or any response. Sales: We will never again deal with CW. They used to be a good store for parts and service many years ago. We will now only deal with a MFG direct. In our opinion it is worth it to drive, or have you rig towed a few hundred miles to a facility other than CW. It is a shame that this company has deterioted to the bottom level of service. Example, just try and get propane. You are treated lower than a rat that is bothering their dogs food bowl. Customer service in their parts department has been horrible for the past few years too. A shame. We finally sold our rig and will now look at going factory direct. A true shame. Just look at Better Business Bureau reports and complaints listed on any blogs before ever dealing with CW. This company just does not deserve the good RV family community that we have all built.

Purchased a 2015 voltage at camping world in Las Vegas

The new unit was not ready when promised, rushed thru the inspection, the sound system was not hooked up properly and when we hooked up the trailer brakes did not work. After 2 hours they messed with some wires underneath the unit and the brakes started working. 20 miles away from the shop they quit. I continued driving 60 miles to the camp ground I was staying. When I called camping world about it the wanted me to drive it back to their facility, I would not due to safety concerns. I have been sitting since Jan 11th and it is now Feb 9. After threating a law suit, I think it is resolved to get repaired, but still waiting for a date. I think Keystone has some of the worst reps for service and as soon as you pay and leave camping world hopes you forget any of their responsibility.
