It would not have been so bad but they didn't tell us and when we got it home and got out the damage was evident.I immediately took pictures and sent them to the mechanic who had done the work and he sent them to my service tech.

When I brought it back for repairs, everyone from the services department were arguing about "how it couldn't have happened there" and giving attitude. I guess they thought if they all stuck together (and lied) that they would look better.

My service rep was awesome and totally supportive about getting the RV repaired quickly.He makes using Camping World of Savannah worthwhile.
