We had our 37' Mountain Air coach repaired at the Greensboro, NC facility. The cost of the repairs ended up being $15,800.00.

The repairs were not really completed as the work order indicated and out unit now is totally ruined due to a faulty roof installation. This facility does shoddy repairs and rates a "0" in my book. We asked GEICO, our insurer, to assist us with the litigation and they did little to assist us. We feel we have been ripped off by both our insurer and Camping World.

What poor work. I would not recommend having any work done at this facility. In my book, they are crooks and have no credibility as a "Customer Service Oriented Company".

We will never spend another penny at any of their locations. We will buy online.
