A customer of camping world struck my vehicle in a rented motorhome.They paid for insurance to cover accidents.
Camping World apparently has only one employee in risk management and they are unable to process , handle or deal with any claims. They can't even return a phone call. My family will never rent from them. I would hate to think someone could have been seriously hurt and this company cannot take responsibility.
I can't believe they want to pay additional costs by having to go to court and get sued over a minor incident. Very poor customer service and representation of their company .
Possibly a civil judgement will resolve their future handling of claims.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
