New pop up had parts missing and items broken and was dirty inside and out...2 weeks in service they tried to give it back saying it was fixed and cleaned...it wasnt..we complained and they kept it for a few more days..fixed two items..other parts 4 to 6 weeks..still filthy dirty... and another part seemed damaged..we got accused of being nit picky when we asked for some money back on $195 prep fee...finally service director reluctantly gave us 50 giftcard...we got the camper home and the battery was completely dead and our propane tanks were opened...we could hear the co2 monitor beeping while the pop up was down! We feel totally unhappy..service was too busy to give a crap..they just didnt seem to care...many more observations about terrible service there..just don't have the time to write a major essay....

Yep, thats the normal camping world experience. Sorry for you, get away from them and stay away from them.
