Bought a brand new Jayco Bungalow from CW in Kingston NY. Day after the delivery found 2 issues needing to be fixed- the refrigerator is bolted in wrong place and the pantry door will not open; the skirting on the bedroom slide is broken in 2 places and we only discovered when laying under the trailer connecting the septic pipe.
Manager says we should have noticed when it was delivered. Have emailed 4 different people and sent the same photos 4 times. Service Manager Aaron Kelsey says I should fix it myself, or says he will charge me for service call.
Called Corporate today and made complaint. They were in a big hurry to make the sale and get my money but now they dont want to fix the issues.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Customer service on the phone, Lack of response, Passing the buck, Rude service manager, Buyer beware.
