I had Camping World install a aftermarket product on my RV.I was called that day and was told my RV was ready for pickup.

I called and asked if I could come the next day and that was okay. When I got there (Over 50miles oneway from my home.) I was told there was a problem. I was told that they were taking care of it and I could update the tuner from my computer. I e-mailed the manufacture and they said go to Camping World for this.

I called them and they called me back saying I had to bring in my RV for the fix. I said for gas money I will. You should have told me this problem in the first place. They told me a technician will be out and fix the issue the next day.

I called 4 hrs later, all is good but he said he could not return my tuner till later this week, to busy. Really!!!!

I was told THAT DAY.Sorry.

I will never do business with Camping World ever again.
