#1 Caution. READ THE BOTTOM LINE of the contract the service person has you sign before any work is done.
IF you put your RV or Trailer on their property>THEY OWN IT until you pay and are not responsible if ANY thing happens, ie: damage, theft, etc. IF Waiting for parts and your unit is not drivable they will/can charge storage fees. Nothing is guaranteed IF they accidently do a repair. ASK to have a broken part returned-they might return anything they have on hand from somebody else 3 try's on awning.
They evade a direct question or never answer!!
