Total Lack of communication between CW and customer. I came to Camping World thinking this is what they do.

They have the parts and experience to get me back on the road in a minimal amount of time. It took them several days to get back to me and when they did I got the " yea,yea, we know your on vacation and it will be 7 to 10 working days to get the part" Ever heard of priority mail or next day shipping. I mentioned it to the service dept. They said the part was in stock and they could get it in a couple of days.

I went back in a couple of days to check if the part was in and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I believe they hadn't even ordered the part yet. Never did get my MH fixed. Ran out of time and had to head home.

I am working with the Corp. end to get this resolved.

All I got was lip service and excuses. Wish I had read the revues BEFORE I took my rig in for repairs.

Those that are good at excuses are seldom good at anything else. BP
