Spent more time in the shop than on the road.Every time we needed something fixed Jayco would deny camping world and then I would have to call Jayco after 2 or 3 phone calls you get someone to talk to Jayco.
And they always approved the issues but this was nothing but a pain to deal with it was as if camping world didn't even try to contact Jayco on the issues.
The last issue was the worst I took it in for an alignment and you would not believe what Jayco had done to this rig at the time of install.
I would never recommend either of these companies to anyone.After so many times taking it in for warranty issues and being denied by camping world we got tired of the whole issue and sold the coach to another dealer.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service representative and lied to by service department. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "i don't want campng world to contact me anymore" of camping world rv repair and associated monetary loss in the amount of $15000. Camping World needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
