Less than a week ago i purchased a used trailer 2013.The sales staff sent me pictures of the trailer and told me that all used units are inspected and assured me that it was in fine shape.

Upon arrival i was ushered to the trailer where i found body damage to the front that was not on the picture. I told them i would not pay the asking price for damaged products. We came to terms and signed a deal. On the way home my wife asked me at a rest stop ..she followed me and said the tires looked funny...

i didnt know what she was talking about. But we headed home anyway... my trip was 2 hrs away. Once hope i was plugging the unit in when i saw the plug end was burnt up...

dangerous. I called the dealer spoke to Jeff sales manager who said he would send a new cord... yep i had to install. The sink fauset was broken and when i asked about..

i was asked... "how do you feel this is our fault"... 4 days after purchase my wife and fixed the cord and sink and headed 6miles to camp. Upon parking...

the water pump did not work... called the dealer who said they could not *** me. On Monday i paid to have the pump repaired. When i was leaving the RV place where it was repaired...

the staff yelled for me to stop... he checked the tires and axel and told me the trailer was unsafe and the axel was bent...he showed me and anykne could see it... but i had to get on my knees to see it. I called the dealer again...

the warranty they pushed on me... wont cover the repair because 8t wasnt 30 days and the the dealer says... well we dont know what happened to the trailer after you left... they fought for my business but now...

they call me a liar... when i told them that it was like this when i picked it up.... as of right now i sit at the dealership...

dazed that i am being treated this way.I have called my attorney

Review about: 2013 Crossroads Rv Zinger Rv.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

I liked: Some staff really care.

I didn't like: Staff defending illegal activity, Lack of accountability, Responsibility avoidance, Passing the buck to the customer.

Greetings and thanks for your comment.I am sorry for your continued issues.

As for my case, I fully expected to contact my attorney but this was not needed.

The dealer replaced both axels and tires, yes it took 30 days (first payment on the new trailer was made and I still had not used it lol) but I must admit, they did good work and they fixed it at not cost to me.I still don't understand why I had to go through all of this pain when it was clear that I didn't create these issues but either way I am feeling better about this dealership now, I do have some suggestions about management of customers if they should ever ask, ////

was this a result of you getting an attorney?

We purchased a new travel trailer from Camping World in Golden Colorado on April 8th and as of new it's sitting on their lot waiting for repairs of all the things they promised to fix.

My next step will be the attorney.

It is so sad to find a company like Camping World is allowed to operate in the United States - it has to be the worst company in America to deal with.I know I will never return, I will go out of state if needed - Camping World is ruining the RV Industry.
