After someone stole 2 lug nut covers off a wheel of our Georgetown motorhome, we were told by a parts dept. employee at the Camping World in Greenwood, IN that the OEM parts dept.

would need the VIN # of the motorhome in order to check what we needed. Since we don't carry that info around with us we were told we could call the OEM parts dept. once we got that info. Called the next day, got voice mail message that the person wasn't available, left message to call us back, NO RETURN CALL.

Tried calling twice more SAME THING, NO RETURN CALL. Then called Walnut Ridge in New Castle.

They actually answer calls there (what a concept) , asked us to send pic of what we needed and were very helpful. Bottom line, if you want service, DON'T GO TO CAMPING WORLD FOR ANYTHING.
