They installed the equipment and had someome come out to explain how everything worked and answer any questions we might have.

He basically said we had to call dish to activate it. I did that and the expert disappeared never to be seen again.

While it worked there at the lot, I have yet to have it work anywhere else. I still have some questions but i don't want to take my trailer back there so i can spend tge day waiting for their expert to strut out like a peacock and disappear again.

I will probably never purchase another thing from camping world.

I will post a similar complaint on favebook.
