They sent 2 boxes which both contained identical PARTS of the bed. When I tried to get them to send the correct item, they refused until they got the wrong items that they had sent back.
The customer service manager said that was their "process". Apparently sending the wrong item is also their "process".
It has been 11 days since they received their screw up back and they have yet to credit my card. I have had to file a complaint with the credit card company.
