After a week of trying to purchase over $3,000 in towing equipment and numerous phone calls to a specific salesman, I finally got verbal confirmation today that my order was placed. Notice I said 'verbal' as I'll believe the order is placed once I see an invoice and a charge to my credit card as the salesman hasn't followed through on much of anything he said he was going to do.
This Camping World recently opened near Memphis, TN and once my parts are received and installed, that'll be my last visit to Camping World. I literally called for 5 days straight before the salesman took my call. Once he answered the phone he said, "I was just about to call you".
Yeah right!!! If Camping World doesn't reinforce their customer service training at this new store I'm sure I won't be the only person taking my business elsewhere.
