Went into the the Grain Valley location to see about service for our unit. Typically we go to the Columbia store, which is where we will be going back.
Only one person at the service counter. The other girl standing there said "I can't help you, I am new. You will have to wait for Sherry". Okay, we wait, and wait to see the personal in the store playing games on their phones and the "manager" of this area doing the same.
As technicians come in, interrupt, leave the area angry and Sherry keeps saying "it will be just a few more minutes. I am the only one working." So we strolled the crammed isles, where they have dirty merchandise lined up against the walls and again NO ONE offered to help. Walked past what looked like a meeting room, to see three men sitting in chairs and two girls in there leaning against the wall laughing and showing the men pictures on their phone. 40 minutes later we were called back to the back so we could be helped to be told it would be at least 3 weeks before our camper could be looked at.
"We just had a RV show and have sold new units and they are in first. We are also short a few technicians so we are running a little behind." Not only was this the store we were told why our camper would not be looked at until March, the employees were also discussing the issues with the "corporate office not getting their W-2's to them". Really? This is a multimillion dollar company Marcus!!
Is the management that bad at this location, is corporate that bad they cannot get the employees their documents so they are focused on work, and are they really that busy or is it just one big play area for people to come?
We left, and with many other individuals we will never go back to the Grain Valley location! What a joke of a business this was.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Not to worry we will never be back to this Grain Valley locaiton!.
I didn't like: Management, Service, Unhappy employees, Store manager playing games.
