I place an order online for items I needed for camping 9 days previously to needing them. I spent over $100, which qualified me for free shipping.

The order was placed on a Wednesday. Thursday, online it said the items were awaiting shipping. Friday it also said that. I called Friday evening and they told me the items didn't ship yet and they will probably ship on Monday.

The phone attendant did not know why it did not ship yet. This is 2017 for sake.

This is horrible service when all of the items are in stock. I will just go to Amazon I guess, and still get my order before Camping World will even get it out the door.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Why would it take 5 days to get an order out when it is in stock.
