Camping World of Hanover has horrible service. They had our camper for 10 months when there was only 8 hours worth of warranty servicing to be completed.

We gave them a printed list of all the work that needed to be completed and everything was still not completed. They only told us that things were not done after we drove 2 hours to pick up the camper after they said it was finished. They broke the plastic casing around the wires underneath our slide out. They left it dangling there hoping we wouldn't notice.

We had to personally get under the camper to tape the casing back together so the wires were not exposed. When it came time to pay our bill at the counter, the two cashiers were talking to each other and ignored us for twenty minutes as we stood there. They do not return phone calls. They are unprofessional.

Camping World will never get my business ever again. If anyone wants proof of how unprofessional they are, leave me your email and I can send you copies of their emails and the pictures of the uncompleted work.

Brian in Service is the worst employee. Do not trust him.

They sold me a camper that was Delaminating after I asked them specifically in a text if there was any thing separation on the exterior of the unit.

I was back in Florida before it revealed itself. LIARS.
