We purchased a 2016 Jayco Flight SLX 154BH in April 2016, have had nothing but problems with it, the biggest being it leaks EVERWHERE. Main window, antenna, kitchen and bathroom, kitchen faucet leaks.
Boards under bunk beds broke, boards under main bed broke and the battery never held a charge. Well let me backup first of all when we found out the camper was leaking never a good sign, we were going to trade it in on a bigger camper, and our salesperson had told us what our payment would be, the down payment like we had already been approved, they pulled the camper back for cleaning and everything, so we went to Walmart and bought 2 TVs an 2 swivel stands for mounting in the new unit, we were there for 6 hours and finally were told no one would approve us for the new loan, that's fine but why take 6 hours of your day, this should have been done in a couple of hours. So then we speak to the service department gave them a full list of items to be fixed on our unit and was told by the service department that they would mount one of the TVs in our unit for free, so that was all good, now back to the original story, the camper was in the shop for 5 weeks and we could never get anyone on the phone from the service department except one time, spoke with a lady one day and she was like all I can do is take down your number and have Jennifer call you back because she said she could not even find us in the system??? WHAT???
NO CALL BACK. So finally my husband actually got someone on the phone going on 5th week they said the camper was fixed but could not locate our TVs, then he got a call back beginning this week and was told TV's had been found, so we said good we will be there Saturday to pick it up, Guess What, got there Saturday, Battery was still not fixed and no sign of the TV's. They had mounted them in the unit we were going to trade in for and sold it to someone. We were there for 4 hours again.
They did replace our TV's with some from their store. We should have been able to go in and pick the camper up and out within an hour.
We have the worse experience every time we have to go to this business. Very disorganized.
