Camping World in Sherman, TX was an absolute horrible experience. It all started when the sales representative (Jimmy Lee) began his sales pitch. He over promised and under delivered. We did not learn of his dishonesty until it came to sign the papers.
Then we took our camper out to enjoy the outdoors only to find out when it came time to shower that the water heater was defective. So public showers for us the entire week!
Upon returning from our camping trip, we took our 2018 Jayco trailer in to be serviced on 3/26/18. To this day, we are STILL waiting for the part to be delivered. Really?!
We are completely frustrated with this dealer and Camping World's customer service. To say STAY AWAY is an understatement.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Lack of communications, That i was sold a defective trailer, Parts company makes many mistakes and is slow to ship.
