We bought a used camper and asked to have an awning installed TO MATCH THE EXISTING WHITE AWNING. This was made very, very clear.

The next day they tried to shove off a black awning on us. We refused and said we would wait for the correct one. Went to pick it up.......it is grey. Not white.

Grey. They told us no one makes a white awning so they wouldn't fix it. Bullpucky, I found a white one in minutes on my iPad.

We also asked them to replace two broken fans (one had no blades and the other wouldn't run. The service manager didn't want to replace them because they were "fine".

Fine? No blades is fine?

Worst buying experience ever. Did I get an apology?

Nope. The manager tried to sell me an extended warranty.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Poor service poor management.
