right after we purchased our 2018 Thor Freedom Elite in Jan and brought it home we noticed that the inside lights would not go off... Called CW of Grain Valley, KC, for appt...finally got it in and was told that it was wired wrong..

After 3+ weeks they finally told us (after calling them every day) that they were waiting on ok from Thor that it would be covered under warrenity... really?? We finally got to use our camper this past week end for the first time and we had no hot water..and AC would not run with generator.. When we went back to CW to talk to service dept to ask for another "walk thru" we were told that it would cost us, they would charge us..

We talked to the salesman to see if we were doing something wrong.. He basically told us "we just sell them, we don't know anything about them".. We finally took the panels off the generator and the water heater and figured it out ourselves...

original walk thru was a joke! We bought from CW because it is such a large company and thought that if were on the road and had trouble they would take care of us....Joke is on us I guess...Go somewhere else to purchase your RV..
