We have been customers of Camping World for 10 years, bought 2 campers through them. One year ago, we had an insurance claim, and they did the work for us.
We signed a direction to pay with our insurance company, and they paid Camping World directly for the repairs (over $6000) We picked up our camper in April of 2016, and used it all summer. Three weeks ago, CW took over $1400 out of our account, without our knowledge - at first they said it was for repairs that they didnt do, but were owed. All the repairs had been done (with the exception of a small decal) Then they backtracked and said it was for repairs they were not paid for. They have yet to produce an "estimate" for the additional repairs.
Why would be we charged? Its and insurance claim. They have not returned calls to us or to our insurance company to discuss. They are refusing to return our $1400.
Unethical, unprofessional and extremely rude managers who lie and are deceitful .
Never doing business with them again. Be warned and stay away

The most disappointing about rv repairs and service at Camping World was staff is rude and unethical Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
