Customer Alert Buyer Beware Compared item online and in-store.They wanted to be greedy by also charging us the 'shipping and handling' fee, too.
The GM was argumentative to us and loud in front of other customers despite us trying to reason this wasn't a policy before. He couldn't care less. Most employees seem to have a very unprofessional, unwelcoming and unhelpful attitude. One too many bad experiences at their stores despite trying to give the benefit of the doubt.
We will never step foot in store nor bother online ever again. Customers deserve SO much better! We called Headquarters to bring this to their attention...phone rang and rang during business hours. Then called CS in retail and she chuckled and said we'll pass this along and we should receive a reply within 48 hrs.
Well, 3 days later still no reply! That just goes to show what they really feel about us. (Actions speak louder than words.) ***Please Please Please heed these warning signs and shop elsewhere. Save yourself the anguish and or disappointment.
Save yourself money doing so in the meantime.
