Purchased My 2016 Thor Challenger. Sales associate Ted H was great. Finance and closing was a breeze. Service dept as a whole is top notch. from customer service view. Understand that at times there is a high volume of work being done. Had a lot of warranty work completed. water tank valve went bad, due to that my water pump failed which in turn hurt the water heater. the over the air antenna failed to come down. The overhead bunk needed an adjustment.This is stuff that should have been caught by THOR Quality Assurance or their suppliers.

I did my walk through everything was fine this all happened 10 days after being on the road.

My service team went above and beyond. Don not tell any one they made a house call.
