Terrible customer service. We bought our trailer from Hope Mills NC store.Once you purchase your camper don't expect any help or service.Phone calls to salesman not returned.were Was told we get free road side assistance with our purchase and when we called to activate it, it was only for the tires not the trailer! The sales person said he did not know this. The $1,000 free camping they promote is for one of those resort membership deals.

Called multiple times to get 2 items that were missing, told they were shipped by sales manager Patrick and they were not. Three times of calling and 2 months later we complained on line and the service manager Jeff called and said he would ship the items. I told him I would pick them up on our way out camping and was assured they would be at the service desk. We went an hour out of our way and when we got there the girl we were told to ask for was on lunch and no one knew what we were talking about. After 20 minutes someone went and took them off another trailer to give us! If you even think of buying anything here check it well because it may be your trailer they took them from.

The trailer swayed all the way home. Did not handle well because the hitch and sway bar they put on was not put on or hooked up correctly! Really!!?? Isn't this what they do!?

Second trip out the break assemble broke and we had to replace it. It was under warranty from Dexter and they were great to work with and reimbursed us. Breaks were not adjusted properly. We did not call Camping World to fix because we read the reviews on service and would not even consider using them.

The trailer was not cleaned completely, molding is falling off, valve on black tank was left open so when we went to dump the first time it was a mess! Seems like everytime we go out there is another problem. Too many issues to even write about.

Sorry we ever purchased from Camping World and would never recommend them.
