Camping World - $60,000 new 5th wheel multiple issues and no concerns from dealer

Do not under any circumstances bring your RV, or any other equipment, to Jacksonville Camping World for service. We were driving through and needed an oil change on our nearly spanking new 15 Vista and a scheduled wheel bearing re-pack on our tow dolly. We got it in. ...

I wanted to let everyone know that we had a great experience with the service center there in Jacksonville FL. We came in to service center 04/02/2016 with a huge issue with our 2014 Cross Roads Camper. The roof material pulled away from under the fiber glass front...

I purchased a Class-B motor home from Camping World, Jacksonville, FL on or around 15 May 2015. We have used it only three times since the purchase. I realize it was “as is” when I purchased it. I have no complaints about the RV at all. After a trip we took in mid...

They promised that they would replace the shocks on my motor home rather than have the local freightliner dealer pick it up after Camping World installed a new main awning. After having the RV for 6 weeks they changed their mind about the shocks and never told me even...

I took my 2015 Dodge Ram in to have my 5th wheel hitch re-installed. A $700 job turned out to be over $1000 and the installer failed to place the pins in the bottom of the hitch which caused it to come up off of the truck bed. I sent an email to Camping World and...
